Universal Academy was created in 2017 by Universal Electrical Service, Inc. to provide our employees with the quality, hands-on, and in-depth training our apprentices were lacking at other institutions. We believe that expert knowledge is obtained through instruction, recalled through repetition, and reinforced through significant hands-on application of practical knowledge.
Due to the success and subsequent demand of our program, in 2018 we opened our doors to other demanding contractors looking to invest in their employee’s potential and offer a high caliber apprenticeship program that prepares their workers for our competitive industry.
